A short time after the opening Grazie is already the place to be in Paris. This hybrid place is something between a pizzeria (a very trendy one) and a cocktail bar. The restaurant’s industrial loft style decor is more reminiscent of the New York’s Lower East Side than the Marais in Paris. but this is probably part of the appeal factor. It also helps that the pizzas are supposedly the best in town!

Grazie’s owner is Julien Cohen who is the son of Marie-France Cohen, founder of the famous interior shop Merci.
